i done the Notarized "agreement of sale" with Mr. Kadam for his house & paid full payment in good faith as per his requirement, but now after 3 months he is trying to ignore me & saying that he is trying get loan on property & return my money.
but i got the information that he selling to other customer for more money.

1) Does Notarized "agreement of sale" document (500 rs stamp paper) is have some legal value?

2) Does "lies pendency" can be registered on my case & how much time it require.?

3) how can i stop the deal or play pressure on house owner/Mr. Kadam to recover my money or property?
