i had purchased a house nearly 30 years ago in a colony allotted to economically weaker section under demolition of construction from some area. That house was allotted on lease basis on the name of original allottee. actually the houses in that area were not registered in name of buyers after purchase. that sale and purchase process depends on power of attorney. so the seller had made the power of attorney of selling in my name.
But now after 30 years his wife has come and said that his husband did not sell that house. and stated that we had illegal possession on this house.
now the point is that we have power of attorney in our name and we are paying the all lease rent to government from the last 30 years.
but the house is still on the name of her husband in government record.
but sir everyone in that area had purchase those houses on power of attorney.
so please guide me about my this problem.
