I am going to buy the flat from the landlord where i am staying as a tenant for last 50 years. Kindly advise on few points which are important for taking final decision.
1. I have decided to buy the flat on 999 years lease basis as the registration cost is too much in the area( kolkata municipal area).
2. Can I re- sell the property if i want ?
3. After my death would my legal heirs be able to stay in the flat or re-sell the property if I make a will ?
4. Should I have to notarize the 999 years lease deed ?
