Refund and Cancellation Policy
- If you have asked a question and made a payment for that question, a Service is deemed to have begun and the process cannot be cancelled. Therefore, we will not be able to refund you in that event.
- We try our best to provide you the best quality answers to your paid question within a maximum period of seven (7) days. However, if you do not get your answer within this period, we will refund you 100% of the amount that you paid for a question. Further, we will still try to answer your question after the refund having been made to you, since we do not consider this event a cancellation of your paid question. However, we will not be able to refund your money in ask other circumstance.
